Productive day so far. For breakfast I had 10 stalks of celery, 5 carrots and 10 tomatoes... all in liquid form courtesy of my Jack Lalanne Power juicer. Rested and mentally prepared myself for my workouts.
After putting in a 30 minute total gym routine this morning (just basic pushing/pulling movements and such), I then went for a good steady run of about 2 & 1/4 miles... nothing monsterous, just a good steady pace... felt great afterward and decided to do a little more juicing again with my Jack Lalanne Power juicer... mixed some oranges, green/red apples and strawberries then added a little protein powder for a pretty good concoction. I say it was a pretty good concoction since I was able to add fruits along with a powdery substance... the powdery substance was already in the glass since you can't send powdery substances through the Jack Lalanne Power juicer.
